Did I already complain about the race programs at this place? Oh yeah, I did.

The screaming chief's bike that he couldn't ride. Shortly before this race he had
to go back to the hospital due to a bone infection. I think that was pretty
much the last straw for Russell's carrer. At least for the immediate future it
was. Too bad, I would have really liked to see what he could do on the Ducati.
The crash at Daytona ended a very legendary career.

Me and Aaron Yates. This was his first day back after the horrific crash at
Laguna Seca during the World Superbike weekend. He was walking around very
gingerly and didn't seem too happy. The year before he had to sandbag to let
his teammate through (Mat Mladin), so maybe he was thinking about that...

Me and some guy named Schwantz. Apparently he talks and riders listen for
some reason. Why should they? He hasn't been on a superbike in a long, long
time! (They'll let anyone into the paddock these days...)
