More bike pics

Ahh, the fabled Muzzy Kawasaki. Where have they gone? We could use a guy like Muzzy in the paddock again. Here is Doug Chandler's '95 bike. What a thing of beauty. There'll never be a Kawasaki superbike that doesn't bring back memories of this era.

A nice example of a ZXR750 (europeen version of the ZX-7R) ridden by Piergiorgio Bontempi. He crashed hard that weekend and I did my best to speak italian to his crew to find out how he was. No broken bones! I always loved the Kawasakis. Still do. Total hotrods. These Italian ones were slightly prettier that year than the Muzzys bikes because they had more than one color, but the Muzzys bikes were faster.

Harleys? Why race Harleys? Because the Bostroms raced them of course... I'm not too sad to see this series go though...

Japanese guy: "Here, let me piss on that thing, maybe it will go faster!"
