Main responsibility: Level 2 support for Tivoli Decision Support for Storage Management analysis (works in conjunction with Tivoli Storage Manager as a reporting/administration tool). Currently helping to train other staff on the technical aspects of this product. This requires skill with the ADSM/TSM product and relational databases. I also excel at managing TSM on Unix platforms.

Test new functionality of IBM\u’s ADSM backup software (now called Tivoli Storage Manager). I run servers from my house on Linux and FreeBSD that my friends use for email and web service. I do this to gain experience in Unix administration and because it is fun!
